Can I provide my own hair?

Defintely. For custom wigs, drop off or mail your hair to me two weeks before the desired day you would like your wig by.

Are your wigs glueless?

All of my wigs have the option to be glueless by requesting an elastic band. However, I do not recommend wearing your frontal without some sort of grip or foam/gel/spray.

Do you provide the hair?

Yes, all wigs under the "Units" tab and 'Ready-to-Ship" tab. includes the hair.

Can I send in old/used bundles?

Of course! They must be properly washed and dried before handing them in to me. The closure and frontal has to be brand new and untouched.

What would you reccommend for my first wig?

I recommend a closure wig. Closure wigs are low maintenance and easy to wear. Frontal wigs are high maintenance with more styling options and can be over whelming if you're not experienced with them.

How long does it take to make my wig if I provide my own hair?

Wig Construction turn around time is 5-14 business days. When finished, you'll be notified ASAP.

Are your wigs handmade or machine made?

S. Creations wigs are made via sewing machine which requires cutting the tracks, However, if you prefer for me to handmake your wig, please type it in the "special requests" box at checkout.

Do you revamp old wigs?

Yes,I only revamp and restore wigs that have been made by me or premade units.

What is the turn around time?

All wigs underneath the "Units" tab have a turn around time of 5-18 business days. It depends on how many orders I have. I do not take rush orders so please book accordingly.

Do you allow refunds/exchanges/returns?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.
If you would like to cancel an item purchased, you have within 48 hours of your original purchase date to email and notify us. After 48 hours, there will be no cancellations or refunds.
No returns will be made to any unit. Exchanges are acceptable for accessories not including hair ties or bonnets. (Exchanges are only acceptable ONLY if they are sent back in the condition how they arrived.)
If you are unsatisified with your unit after receiving it, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.

Do you offer rush units?

No, we do not offer rush units so we do ask that you purchase units 2-3 weeks in advance.

Does the hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. To prevent excessive shedding, it is important that take good care and receive proper maintenance on your hair/wig. More information on how to properly restore your hair can be found under the "Wig Care" tab.

Are your extensions 100% virgin hair?

Yes, S. Creations extensions are 100% virgin hair. This means that they can be colored, flat ironed, and curled.
